OVERVIEW

Baltimore Together, an organization dedicated to fostering economic growth and collaboration, faced a sudden challenge when their in-house designer became unavailable just before their annual summit. I was brought in to handle the entirety of the graphic design work and needed to ramp up extremely quickly. The project scope included designing all promotional materials for the event, the slide deck used during the summit, event signage, menus, nametags, and a comprehensive 50-page annual report. While adhering to their established brand standards, I also needed to create fresh, engaging designs to capture the attention of attendees already familiar with past summit materials. The goal was to maintain consistency with their brand identity while introducing a visually appealing update that enhanced the attendee experience.
